Upcoming NCGA Club Tournaments
FOR THE CLUB REP & TOURNAMENT CHAIR
Some of the last chances to have your club play in an NCGA club event are coming up! For Associate Clubs, it is the biggest tournament of the year: the Associate Club Championship. Send a team of four players to represent your club in a local qualifier, and all qualifying teams will be invited to play in the Championship event. Register your team in one of the qualifying sites below before they fill up!
Open to both Regular Clubs and Associated Clubs, the Senior Four-Ball Net Championship is the last club team event qualifying of the year. Send up to three teams to represent the club in a 2-person best-ball local qualifier. All qualifying teams will play for the Championship at Poppy Hills! Reserve your team's spot today at one of the qualifiers linked on the Championship page below.
Does your club have some great scratch players? Want to play in a series of home and away matches in a match-play competition? Join the Players League and see just how far your club can go! Open to Regular Clubs only, group winners will meet in the NCGA Players League Championship. Two teams will then advance, along with two clubs from Southern California, to compete in the California Players League Championship!
Every year, the USGA requires each club to complete the 2026 USGA Golf Club Assessment for authorization to use the World Handicap System™ (WHS™). Completing this assessment is a critical step in ensuring your club remains authorized to provide handicap services to your members.
The Assessment will take about 2 minutes to complete, and the club admin who completed the Assessment for your club last year should've already received the USGA email to complete the Assessment again this year.
To complete the Assessment or to check your club's status, please have your Club's Handicap Admin log in to your Club's USGA Admin Portal and follow the steps linked below.
Additionally, a new feature in the USGA Admin Portal will alert logged-in club admins of any necessary actions by displaying a red or orange banner at the top of the page. This feature will be available by the end of this week.
If you have any questions regarding the Club Assessment, simply reach out to our team here; we'd be glad to help!
NCGA Club Finder Tool
FOR THE CLUB REP
In an effort to help prospective NCGA Members find clubs like yours. The NCGA Club Finder Tool is almost ready to go live on our website!
Thank you to the clubs that have already submitted their club information. Your club is already set up in the NCGA Club Finder, which you can view by clicking below. If there are any changes that need to be made for your club, please email me, and we can update the club information.
If your club uses Membership Levels and online payments in Memberplanet, prospective members can join online through the Club Finder Tool.
If the club does not use the Memberplanet online payment system, the club's website will be linked in the club's "About Us" section so members can contact the club to join.
If your club does not have a Club website through either Memberplanet or a standalone website, but would like to include the club's email or phone number, please contact me to confirm.
If your club is not currently on the Club Finder Tool and would like to be included, please click here.

A.I. on the golf course? I think even A.I. would blow a fuse trying to master the game of golf.
This month, Josh Boyles breaks down “Artificial Intelligence” on the course. Not the kind running your computer, but the kind that can quietly cost you strokes if you’re not careful.
Put your NCGA and golf knowledge to the test for a chance to win great prizes. Open to Club Reps and your Club's members alike.
Congratulations to last month's winner, Anita Gonzalez, the Club Rep from Pacific Grove WGC!
For this month's quiz, simply share the link below with your club members. All the top scores will be entered into a lottery for Gift Cards. Plus, if the winner is a member of your club, the Club Representative will also receive a special prize!
