NCGA Club Invoices

For the Club Treasurer

Your Club should have already received its first invoice for 2026 via email.

Question: What happens if I forgot to lapse a member before the deadline and we were charged for this member?

Answer: Memberplanet has implemented a very simple auto-credit process.  To receive a credit for a member on your most recent invoice, just lapse the member before the end of the month, and the system will automatically set up an auto-credit.  No additional forms would be required, and you will see the credit reflected on the next month's invoice.

Please note that this auto-credit feature will only work for members lapsed in the same month as the most recent invoice.  If your club needs to request a credit for an earlier invoice, then you would have to submit the NCGA Credit Request Form.

Question: How can I pay the Invoice?

Answer: Clubs have three options to pay a club invoice.

  • Mail in a check to the P.O. Box address provided on the invoice.

  • Make an online payment via the Memberplanet platform.  To make an online payment, simply click the Group Billing section in Memberplanet and click the green "Pay Now" button.

  • Call our Billing Department directly to make a payment via credit card.  Please note that over-the-phone credit card payments will include a 3% credit card fee.
