The new year is officially underway, and we’re ready to hit the ground running.  We’re excited to help with another season of golf, camaraderie, and unforgettable experiences at your club.

Note: This newsletter is sent out only to you as the Club Rep, and we count on you to share this information with any other club admins (membership chair, treasurer, general manager, etc.) or members who might need it.  I’ve indicated in each section who you should share the information with.  New information for Club Reps this month includes:

Getting Ready for 2026

For Club Admins

In 2026, there will be a small member fee increase from $46 to $48 for every active member on your club's roster. The membership fees are the only fees that will be included on your club's invoice.

If your club is a Calendar Year Club from Jan-Dec. please be sure that your Memberplanet club roster for 2026 is up to date by January 31. If your club uses Memberplanet's online payments and automation, then the updates are done automatically for you when a member renews.  

If your club doesn't use Memberplanet's online payments/automation, and manually updates the club roster at the beginning of every year, please use the checklist below:

• Add any new members that are joining your club.

• Lapse any members who are not renewing for 2026
• For your renewing members, no action is needed, they just remain on the club roster.

The system will take a snapshot of your roster on January 31 and will generate the invoice that is sent to your club in the first week of February.

If you're a Calendar Year Club and are interested in moving to a rolling 12-month membership, please feel free to reach out to me.  The clubs that have made the change have found it easier to recruit members all year long.

Bluegolf TM Premium is now Live for all NCGA clubs.

For Club Rep and Tournament Chair

Bluegolf TM Premium features are now available for free to all NCGA clubs. This will allow clubs to use features, including:

• Live Digital Scoring
• Online Registration and Payments
• Text Messaging
• League Management
• TD App
• Integrated Club Systems

For any questions in navigating the Bluegolf software please be sure to review Bluegolf's extensive knowledge base linked here.  You can also use their chat feature on the bottom right side of the screen when logged into your club's Bluegolf Admin Account. 

Bluegolf is planning on setting up some future live training sessions and we will notify clubs on how to register.

If your club has never used the Bluegolf system, reach out to us to have your club set up with its own Bluegolf TM account.

Zone Championships - send your team of four to play against the other clubs in your area!  Not sure what Zone your Club is in? Find out here.

Four-Ball Net Championships - Clubs can send up to THREE 2-person teams to compete in any of the April qualifiers.  All qualifiers will be invited to the Championship event in May!

Associate Club Four-Ball Net - Clubs can send up to THREE 2-person teams to compete in any of the April qualifiers.
