Associate Club Tournaments are Now Open for Registration

Our 2025 February - June tournaments are now open for registration!  While the NCGA hosts various events, the following team event is exclusive to only Type 2 Associate Clubs like yours and is currently open for registration.

Associate Club Four-Ball Net Championship is a two-person best-ball event and your club can send up to three teams to represent your club.  Please have your club admin register your club's teams before it fills!

To ensure your club's participation, please have your club administrator or tournament chair reach out to us via phone (831-625-4653) or email here, for registration access.

Get 2025 off to a great start and don't miss out on the chance to engage eager new members who are looking to join your club. The NCGA is implementing a new club finder tool that promises to enhance your club's reach in several impactful ways:

- Unlock a wave of new members eager to join your club and watch your membership flourish.

- Empower prospective members to discover the best club for them.

- Gain insights into what other clubs offer, which can inspire new innovative ideas for your club. 

- This new Club Finder Tool will be included on the NCGA.org Join Now page.

Similar to the SCGA's Group Finder, linked here, this will serve to drive new members to clubs best suited for each member.

2025 Club Invoices

Your club should have received the first invoice for 2025 via email already.  Typically, the February invoice is the largest invoice of the year for your club, as most clubs renew memberships in January.  Below we address some frequently asked questions regarding invoices.

Q. A member decided not to renew but we were already charged for him, how does my club receive a credit?

A. If the member was included in your most recent invoice, please lapse the member and the system will automatically apply a credit to your club.  This credit will be reflected on your next month's invoice.  To ensure the member is lapsed correctly, kindly click this link here to watch a brief instructional video. Our billing department prorates credits, so please be sure to lapse the member before the month's end. If the member is lapsed after the end of the month, the club will have to submit a credit request form.

Q. How can I pay my club invoice?

A. You have the option to mail in a check to the P.O. Box address provided on the invoice, or conveniently make an online payment via the Memberplanet platform for your club.  To make an online payment, simply click the Group Billing section in Memberplanet and click the green "Pay Now" button. 

Behind the Curtain of NCGA Scheduled Communications

We diligently strive to balance our communications, ensuring members are not overwhelmed with emails while keeping them informed of the latest NCGA benefits and updates.  Below is an example of our communications schedule:

• Monthly Bulletins regarding tournaments are sent the first week of each month
• Member Exclusives are sent out in Week 2
• The NCGA GOLF digital magazine is sent out in Week 4
• eRevisions for your handicap are on the 1st and 15th of each month

Occasionally any given month may include a few solo advertisements carrying a special member discount, but all our advertising partners must include exclusive NCGA member perks.
