Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does our club have to use online payments for everyone?

No, recognizing that there are those who need to or prefer to pay by check, you can support both.

  • Is there a credit card processing fee?

Yes, the industry standard of 3% + $.30 applies to each transaction. Clubs using it today generally load that into their annual dues. (Example: if your club charges $60, the extra fee would be $2.10).

  • How does it work?

Assuming your club has a bank account or is open to setting one up, you would just link your memberplanet account with the bank account.
